The Azerbaijani population realized the necessity of the Georgian language as an official language. Karajala is a village located in the Telavi municipality where all the people are ethnic Azeris. From the nineties forwards, as was a necessity for the Georgian population, all Azerbaijanis classes were gradually replaced with Georgian. Today, there is only one Azerbaijani class in this school. This short video filmed in village Karajala and expressed how Azeri ethnic minorities try to integrate with Georgian society.
